  • Office Administrator

    • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department Input data into spreadsheets (Excel)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
    • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. copiers, fax machines, printers)
    • 2-3 years of experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, secretary or similar role
    • Accounting Admin Clerk

      • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
      • Input data into spreadsheets (Excel) and the ability to print the spreadsheet.
      • Accurately, tracking and recording the receipts of various documents and records
      • File paper documents in File Cabinets
    • Volunteer

      • Assist with minor filing and sorting documents.
      • Work closely with team to assess needs for volunteering staffing.
      • The ability to learn basic transaction posting to assist Bookkeeper.
      • Follow up with clients for pending deliverables.
